Corporate Controller - Remote EST & CST - reputed company (Proptech)
reputed company is working with a venture-funded app for reputed company estate brokers looking to hire a Corporate Controller for their growing team. The Corporate Controller will reputed company reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting. This position partners closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, including funding reputed company, system implementations, and reputed company recognition. Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize reputed company reputed company functions, including payroll, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and corporate reputed company.
• reputed company the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• reputed company general reputed company maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation (balance sheet, income statement, cash reputed company, and supporting schedules).
• Serve as the key leader for reputed company system transitions, including hands-on experience with QuickBooks Pro and the successful integration/migration to a large-reputed company ERP system.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability as reputed company grows.
• Ensure accurate ASC 606 reputed company recognition and reporting, including contract review, performance obligation identification, and reputed company disclosures.
• Maintain robust compliance with reputed company standards, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Work closely with the reputed company team on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to reputed company actionable insights.
• Partner with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, and HR) to support business initiatives and resolve reputed company-reputed company issues.
• Collaborate directly with the CFO on preparation for funding reputed company, including due diligence, financial modeling, investor reporting, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA strongly preferred.
