This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls from new and existing clients
• Responding to a high volume of reputed company text messages throughout the day
• Responding to website chats, reputed company media inquiries, emails, and online booking requests
• Scheduling new appointments for new clients and existing clients
• Rescheduling existing appointments reputed company, reputed company, and professionally
• Reviewing and approving online booking requests only after verifying that the appointment details are appropriate
