Sales Representative – Outside Sales | Aspen Contracting
Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives in the Knoxville, TN area. This is an outside/field sales role focused on helping homeowners with exterior restoration solutions, specifically roofing, siding, and gutters.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field canvassing and customer interaction
- Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community
- Work closely with sales and production teams
- Learn the full sales process with provided training and support
Skills
- Comfortable with outside / door‑to‑door sales
- Strong communication skills
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus (not required)
