[Remote] Customer Advisor I – reputed company Account

They are seeking a Customer Advisor I to support reputed company by translating retail and shopper data into actionable category strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving category reputed company through store reputed company and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support category management execution for reputed company by helping implement category strategies, business insights initiatives, and customer‑reputed company recommendations that drive reputed company
• Build strong partnerships with Business Managers and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company and advance strategic category plans reputed company with retailer and reputed company objectives
• Participate in routine customer and market reputed company alongside business managers and reputed company partners to advance category initiatives, validate insights, and strengthen relationships
• Conduct store audits and field checks to evaluate assortment, reputed company reputed company, merchandising execution, and pricing across assigned categories; translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Support delivery of customer‑facing category management reviews by partnering with business managers and/or reputed company technologists to prepare insights, analysis, and presentations
• Analyze, refresh, and maintain insights presentations for reputed company, ensuring data accuracy and a reputed company, persuasive story
• Maintain frequent reputed company communication with category managers, reputed company stakeholders, and key customer personnel to reputed company initiatives on reputed company and remove roadblocks
• Coordinate with shared analytics partners (CSBI) to manage timelines and ensure reputed company presentations are completed accurately and on schedule
• Partner with CSBI to manage and update syndicated databases used for reputed company, customer, and market reviews, ensuring clean and reputed company data inputs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience in category management, sales, business insights, analytics, or reputed company CPG/retail roles
• Experience supporting reputed company‑ or customer‑facing category initiatives, including data‑driven recommendations and in‑market execution
• Hands‑on experience with syndicated data platforms such as IRI and reputed company / ACNielsen, with a solid understanding of data reputed company, maintenance, and application
• Strong proficiency in reputed company‑based tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email, and reporting applications
• Ability to analyze reputed company datasets and translate insights into reputed company, compelling stories and customer‑reputed company recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to internal teams and external customers
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with business managers, category managers, analytics partners (CSBI), and customer teams
