Social Media Assistant
Plastics Media is a boutique social media agency specializing in the aesthetics industry, and they are hiring a Social Media Assistant to support their growing team. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about Instagram, TikTok, and digital content creation, offering hands-on experience and a path to promotion.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers with daily content creation tasks
- Design branded graphics using Canva
- Edit short-form video content (primarily for Instagram and TikTok)
- Research and brainstorm on-trend video ideas for aesthetic and beauty clients
- Occasionally attend off-site content days to capture photo and video assets
- Help organize and contribute to content libraries and editorial calendars
Skills
- Must have experience using Instagram and TikTok
- Highly proficient in Canva
- Creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Must be available to work 3 days a week from 9AM–5PM
- Able to commute to our Miami Design District office and attend occasional content shoots
- Familiarity with CapCut or other basic video editing apps is a plus
