Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Custom reputed company post-sale and prior to reputed company to assess data migration needs and set expectations
• Host customer-facing calls reputed company necessary to reputed company requirements, clarify data formats, and ensure a smooth transition into reputed company Pro
• Clean, format, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with reputed company Pro’s system requirements
• Work cross-functionally with reputed company, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the customer experience
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for data migration questions, providing reputed company, friendly, and reputed company customer support
• Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and reputed company for internal tracking and customer communication
