reputed company. is an industry-leading logistics company that provides reputed company. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing inbound sales calls, maintaining inventory reputed company, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers’ expectations
• Execute customer communication protocol
• Handle reputed company Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers
• Accountable for rental truck inventory reputed company by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands
• Workflow management: enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintenance of files
• Parts management: contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty
• Ensures compliance with reputed company company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies policies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required
