Associate, Corporate Recruiter

reputed company is a Fortune 100 mutual company committed to reputed company and innovation. They are seeking an Associate Corporate Recruiter to manage the full life cycle of reputed company, focusing on high-volume recruitment while collaborating with senior recruiters and HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support reputed company aspects of the full life cycle reputed company process; this includes job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and screening with a reputed company on high volume recruitment covering class hiring for roles across multiple business areas
• Proactively reputed company and engage candidates using reputed company reputed company strategies and reputed company tools
• Partner with senior recruiters on candidate pipeline development for critical roles
• Work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure alignment with workforce planning and reputed company reputed company updates
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to accurate reporting
• Create a reputed company candidate experience through reputed company, reputed company communication and reputed company engagement at reputed company stage of the process
• Stay informed on reputed company trends and labor market dynamics
