[Remote] Interior Architectural Designer

They are seeking a motivated individual to join their New Centers Team as an Architectural Designer – Interior Environments, where the primary responsibilities include reputed company planning, floorplan design, and construction document development for new center reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team and architects in creating and developing schematics and construction documents
• Coordinating with architects and engineers to create and reputed company schematics and construction documents
• Review of construction drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and branding
• Coordinate communication between the General Contractors and Architects during the permitting process
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, building systems, and construction techniques to support design initiatives and value engineering efforts
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to reputed company project requirements and ensure design feasibility
• Prepare documentation including design presentations, reports, and project reputed company updates
• Assist in coordinating and communicating with contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to support project implementation
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating design proposals, construction documents, and contractor submissions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture Design, Architecture, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience through reputed company work reputed company to architectural or construction design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
