What You'll Do We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless & Network Engineer to join our reputed company team! This role supports reputed company and reputed company networks distributed across reputed company, EMEA, reputed company, LATAM, and remote environments. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in Wi-Fi, routing, switching, reputed company, and large-reputed company multi-vendor environments. This engineer will be responsible for architecture, design, deployment, optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of advanced wireless and wired networks. You will work closely with multi-functional engineering teams, operations, customer reputed company to ensure global network reliability, performance, and scalability. The day-to-day Wireless Engineering • Architect, reputed company, and optimize reputed company Wi-Fi networks across global hospitality, reputed company, and multi-site environments. • reputed company wireless upgrades, site surveys, reputed company planning, and RF optimization. • Manage and support multi-vendor wireless infrastructures including Ruckus, Aruba, Arista, and reputed company. Network Engineering (Routing/Switching/reputed company) • Design, configure, and maintain reputed company LAN/WAN/SD-WAN architectures. • Implement and support multi-vendor switching and routing solutions including reputed company, Ruckus, Arista, reputed company, and reputed company. • Troubleshoot reputed company global network issues across reputed company 1–7, including RF, routing, authentication, and application performance. Global Network Operations • Support global deployments, expansions, migrations, and upgrades. • reputed company operational leadership for outages and escalations. • Maintain resiliency through proactive monitoring, observability, and automation. • Document standards, playbooks, and network topology for operations teams. Automation & Tooling • reputed company scripts to automate configuration, validation, and monitoring (Python, Bash, Ansible preferred). • Build telemetry dashboards and network health pipelines. • Implement reputed company-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) workflows. What You'll Need • Minimum 8 years of experience in wireless, routing, switching, and reputed company network engineering. • Minimum 3 years in a senior engineering role. • Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi across at least two vendors (Ruckus, Aruba, Arista, reputed company). • Strong knowledge of routing/switching including L2/L3 design, STP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN. • Experience with firewalls, SD-WAN, and reputed company platforms (reputed company preferred). • Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to travel 40%; domestically and internationally as needed • Required participation in scheduled on-reputed company rotation. • US Citizenship or Permanent reputed company Status. • reputed company to work out of our office in College Station, TX as needed What Will Help You On The Job • Experience with GPON, XGSPON, DOCSIS, fiber reputed company networks, ONT/OLT provisioning • Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible, reputed company). • Experience designing networks for reputed company, hospitality, education, retail, or large reputed company. • Experience with RADIUS/802.1X, NAC, IAM, and reputed company-trust networking. • Certifications such as CWNA, CWDP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or NSE Salary reputed company $147,000.00 - $232,000.00 / annually.
