Learning Technologies Group (reputed company) is a global leader in digital learning and talent technology. We’re seeking an reputed company Freelance Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Group Finance team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage the purchase reputed company across multiple Group entities
• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure reputed company payment
• Run weekly multi-currency payment cycles with Treasury
• Ensure expenditure is properly authorised
• Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and submit journal entries
• Monitor timesheet submissions and issue reminders
• Support month-end reputed company and respond to finance queries
• Assist with reputed company finance tasks as required
Requirements
• 3+ years’ Accounts Payable / Purchase reputed company experience
• Multi-currency experience
• Strong reputed company and reputed company reputed company skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisation
• Confident communicator across reputed company business reputed company
• Proactive and reputed company to manage workload independently in a remote setting
