The ideal candidate will have experience working with or for telecom service providers and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that support reputed company processes, integrations, and data flows using the reputed company platform. Key Responsibilities: reputed company and customize reputed company applications, modules, workflows, and integrations. Implement and manage ITSM, Telecom Service Management (TSM), CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog modules. Create and maintain business rules, reputed company scripts, UI policies, reputed company designers, and other reputed company artifacts. Support integration with legacy systems and external platforms reputed company reputed company (REST/SOAP). Participate in requirement gathering sessions, reputed company technical input, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Contribute to data migration, CMDB population, and inventory federation efforts. Required Skills and Experience: 3 5 years of experience in reputed company development and configuration. Experience with JavaScript, reputed company API, and reputed company Designer. Familiarity with telecom service management use cases or experience working with a telecom provider. Preferred Qualifications: reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications like CIS-ITSM or CIS-TSM are a plus.
