Atlantis Promotions is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a full-time Verizon Team member! As a Verizon Team member, you will play an important role in supporting team efforts, engaging with customers, and representing innovative telecommunications solutions through our Verizon services while creating a positive and professional experience. As a Verizon Team member, you will be provided with hands-on training designed to help you build confidence in enrollment and customer interactions. Each Verizon Team member will learn how to present Verizon products, answer customer questions, and identify the best solutions for individual needs. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, develop new skills, and gain experience working with a respected brand like Verizon. Responsibilities of an Verizon Team member: • Engage face to face with customers to promote Verizon services and complete sales transitions • Assist with service activations, upgrades, and account support • Collaborate with the Verizon Team member team and leadership to meet goals • Build positive relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction and retention • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Deliver friendly and professional service as an Verizon Team member Qualifications: • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus but not required • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn • A positive attitude and motivation to grow as an Verizon Team member within a Verizon campaign Atlantis Promotions provides structured training and mentorship so that every Verizon Team member can develop strong communication skills, gain experience, and build a long-term career representing Verizon.
