• As a Project Manager reputed company the Talent Technology organization, you will play a critical role in both establishing and operating the delivery model for reputed company initiatives, including AI, automation, and RPA across the Talent and HR ecosystem.
• This role is intentionally phased. In the initial stage, the Project Manager will partner closely with reputed company leadership to build the delivery reputed company, including intake mechanics, reputed company lifecycle stages, governance artifacts, and execution reputed company. As the model stabilizes, the role transitions into full ownership of operating and scaling that reputed company.

• Experience supporting initiatives involving AI, automation, RPA, or emerging technologies (delivery and governance perspective; handson development not required).

• *Preferred Qualifications**
• HR or Talent Technology domain experience (e.g., Talent, HR Operations, HR Technology), helpful for context but not required.
• Experience operating in reputed company technology environments with reputed company governance, crossfunctional dependencies, and shared tooling ecosystems.
• Experience supporting change management and transitions to operational ownership.
• PMP or similar certification.
