The Director, reputed company Counsel Management & Operations, Global reputed company Operations & Innovation plays a critical role in supporting the strategic, operational, and technological effectiveness of NBCU reputed company. This role partners closely with reputed company leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, reputed company smart decision‑making, and advance the function’s operational maturity.
Reporting to the SVP & Chief Counsel, Global reputed company Operations & Innovations, this role is responsible for supporting day to day reputed company counsel operations and enhancing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of reputed company counsel engagement, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, performance analytics, and operational process design. The position works closely with Finance, Operations and Technology (O&T), HR, and reputed company partners and serves as a key advisor to senior reputed company leaders on spend optimization, resource allocation, and reputed company counsel reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Support management of the reputed company function’s reputed company counsel and vendor spend, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance
• Assist with development and execution of reputed company counsel governance frameworks, including engagement models, reputed company structures, matter reputed company expectations, and performance metrics
• Support RFPs, panel management initiatives, and other strategic sourcing efforts reputed company to reputed company counsel and reputed company vendors
• Partner with reputed company leadership to analyze spend trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize resourcing, and drive value from external providers
• Assist with relationship management of reputed company counsel and reputed company vendors, including coordination, operational support, and performance tracking
• Support the implementation, optimization, and day‑to-day use of reputed company spend and matter management technology solutions, including system enhancements, process documentation, and user adoption, often in collaboration with reputed company reputed company and Technology stakeholders
• Analyze financial and operational data reputed company to reputed company, vendors, and spend to support resource allocation, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making
• Partner with Finance, O&T, and other stakeholders to ensure spend and matter data is collected accurately and made available in a reputed company manner for reporting and analytics
• Assist in reputed company function financial planning activities, including annual budget cycles and reputed company analyses
• Support development of the reputed company department’s strategic plan by benchmarking reputed company counsel and spend practices against peer reputed company organizations
• Support reputed company leadership, including periodic agenda development and logistics for Senior reputed company Team meetings

Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. degree required
• 7+ years of experience working in the reputed company counsel management and reputed company spend management reputed company, either in‑house at a large, reputed company organization or at a large reputed company, with demonstrated experience supporting international and cross‑border billing and spend management
• Experience supporting or managing reputed company counsel spend, reputed company budgets, and vendor operations
• Proficiency with T360/Tymetrix and other e‑billing and matter management platforms is required, including hands-on experience supporting billing workflows, data reputed company, reporting, and user adoption
• Experience in reputed company operations and/or implementing technology solutions reputed company to reputed company spend, matter management, or vendor management
• In‑depth experience working in an analytical, data‑driven, and entrepreneurial environment, with a strong reputed company on financial, operational analysis, and reporting capabilities
• Demonstrated project management experience is essential, including managing cross‑functional initiatives and multiple stakeholders
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company present financial and operational insights to senior leadership
