Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager
About the position
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing reputed company the Communications and Marketing department, the Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager is responsible for leading SFBU’s digital marketing reputed company and execution across web, reputed company and organic reputed company media, email, and CRM-integrated campaigns. This role serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor across SFBU’s digital marketing ecosystem. This role develops and manages data-driven campaigns, interprets performance data, and optimizes digital experiences to support enrollment reputed company, brand visibility, and engagement. It also acts as a primary reputed company of digital performance insights and optimization across the marketing function. The position manages campaign execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Enrollment, Admissions, and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position located in Fremont, CA.
Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SFBU.edu, ensuring accessibility (WCAG), SEO performance, and user experience.

• reputed company and optimize conversion funnels, including reputed company pages, forms, and reputed company capture strategies.
• Manage campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking).
• Analyze performance data across GA4, CRM, and reputed company platforms and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Support email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation reputed company CRM systems.
• Own digital performance metrics and drive measurable enrollment and reputed company reputed company results.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Admissions, and Communications teams to reputed company campaigns with recruitment cycles and institutional priorities.
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards across reputed company digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• May reputed company external vendors and agency partners.
• Minimal travel may be required for conferences or institutional events.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, analytics, or campaign management.
• Experience managing reputed company media campaigns and budgets (reputed company Ads, reputed company, reputed company).
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, Drupal, reputed company), GA4, and SEO tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company Marketing reputed company, Pardot, reputed company, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multi-channel data and drive performance improvements.
• Experience with campaign tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking).
