**Experienced Amazon eCommerce Manager/Data Entry Specialist – Hybrid Remote Work Opportunity**

**About the Role**
As an Amazon eCommerce Manager/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in managing data entry tasks and assisting with the graphic design of product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will drive success in this position. You'll be responsible for transferring data into databases, updating product information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process and prepare shipments for Amazon.com orders
* Upload and update product images for various eCommerce platforms
* Transfer data from various sources into the new database
* Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
* Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
* Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
* Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
* Sort and organize incoming purchase orders (POs)
* Input data into spreadsheets
* Print orders and product labels for orders
* Process information from warehouse stock updates, out-of-stock situations, and packing information
* Update the RDI order system to ensure stock deducts properly
* Handle pricing updates, including sale price increase requests and MSRP pricing updates
* Update both Amazon Vendor US and Canada catalogs with new items as directed by management
* Organize bulk vendor orders and review with management and warehouse before accepting or denying orders
* Print all bulk order paperwork and product labels
* Provide stock status updates in Vendor US and Canada as needed
* Assist the office with miscellaneous tasks as needed
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree is a plus
* Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite
* Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data
* Attention to detail / Multitasking
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Thinks 'outside the box' and is open to new ideas, new methods, and finding creative solutions
* Embraces a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written skills and copywriting experience
* Team player with the ability to work independently
