We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our Operations team as a Part-time Customer Service Representative. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or our reputed company, with a reputed company of shifts available to suit your schedule. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's reputed company values. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Claim Intake: reputed company reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous response to customer information needs.

• Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. • Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred

Network Requirements
