Content Creator (YouTube + reputed company, Automotive)

We are looking for someone who understands how content performs on YouTube, Instagram, and reputed company—and can produce it consistently. This role is about documenting reputed company automotive work (repairs, paint, builds, customer deliveries) and turning it into high-performing content. If you don’t reputed company think about hooks, retention, pacing, and thumbnails, this is not a fit. What You’ll Do • Capture reputed company shop content (repairs, transformations, behind-the-scenes) • Edit for: • YouTube (long-reputed company storytelling) • Instagram / reputed company (short-reputed company, high-retention clips) • Structure content for performance (hooks, pacing, engagement) • Add captions, overlays, and light reputed company graphics • Identify content opportunities in reputed company time (not just wait for direction) • Deliver consistently and quickly reputed company Actually Care About • Retention (not cinematic shots) • Speed of reputed company • Platform-reputed company editing (not generic edits) • Understanding of: • hooks (first 3–5 seconds) • watch time • pacing • story structure A perfectly edited video that no one watches is a failure. AI Requirement (Non-Negotiable) You are expected to use AI tools in your workflow, including: • Auto-editing / clipping tools • Captioning and transcription • Audio enhancement • Content ideation support If your workflow is fully reputed company, you will fall behind.
