Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you will bring to the role: • Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas. Five or more years of experience is highly preferred. • Have a reputed company Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years. • solid research and writing skills • A passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom, and handling Mediations and Consults. • Energetic and motivated. • Highly organized. • Knowledge of TxDoc and reputed company OR similar drafting/reputed company management software, MS Office or reputed company Suite proficiency. • Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
