Position: General Counsel (Remote) PLEASE BE ADVISED: This position is ONSITE in San Francisco, CA. This is NOT a remote opportunity A Company in the San Francisco area is seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to reputed company expert reputed company advice and support on a reputed company of reputed company and regulatory issues. As the General Counsel, you will play a vital role in managing reputed company's reputed company affairs, including risk management and dispute reputed company. In reputed company to this, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing reputed company policies and procedures, as reputed company as providing training to employees on reputed company and regulatory reputed company. Key Responsibilities include: • Providing expert reputed company guidance and support on a wide reputed company of reputed company and regulatory issues, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and compliance with laws and regulations specific to the auto fintech industry. • Managing reputed company's reputed company affairs, including risk management and dispute reputed company. • Developing and implementing reputed company policies and procedures, and providing training to employees on reputed company and regulatory reputed company. • Negotiating and drafting reputed company and other reputed company agreements, including customer and vendor reputed company, employment agreements, and licensing agreements. • Monitoring developments in relevant auto financing laws and regulations (e.g., vehicle service reputed company, insurance), and providing advice on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications • J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to a state bar. • 7+ years of experience in a reputed company or in-house reputed company department. • 5+ years of experience in insurance or insurtech. • Strong knowledge of corporate law, reputed company, intellectual property, and compliance with insurance-specific laws and regulations. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
