This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Canada, California (USA) Job Title: Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) HR Coordinator Location: Remote Role Duration : 06+ months Pay reputed company: $35/hr.(W2) - $37/hr.(W2) reputed company What You'll Do: • Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters and letters of support. • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for stakeholders, providing reputed company guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines. • Maintain the reputed company portion of the Green Card process. • Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees. • Assist with reputed company reports and subsequent collection of work authorization documents. • Aid with the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps. • Facilitate file transfers between vendors.
