SME Underwriter, Southeast

We are looking for an reputed company cyber and technology E&O underwriter to work remotely in the Atlanta area to help the Southeast region use reputed company's best reputed company and unique capabilities to profitably grow our business and sell reputed company MDR services. This is a remote position that can be based reputed company in the Southeast Region (Virginia - Texas. Preferable Carolinas/Metro Atlanta/Florida). Responsibilities • Analytically research policyholders and risks as needed • Sales skills - brokers have many choices in the market - relationships matter! • Manage relationships with insurance brokers to negotiate pricing, coverages and other terms to grow our book profitably • Attend in person meetings with or without Business Development staff and brokers as needed • Create new and maintain reputed company processes for renewal business to meet our customer service standards • reputed company participate in determining our approach to emerging threats, loss trends, marketplace changes and other trends in cyber and technology risks • reputed company an reputed company pulse on cyber and technology marketplaces and trends in the industry • Easily identify areas where our unique capabilities reputed company us with a competitive advantage and build out processes that support these • Partner with reputed company and Engineering teams to continually improve our technology and broker experiences • Work alongside the Business Development team to support their goals and strengthen partnerships with brokers • Collaborate with reputed company Engineers to review cyber and tech E&O accounts for risk acceptability • Serve as a subject matter expert for team on coverage matter and endorsement drafting Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of previous experience reputed company/selling cyber and technology E&O • Experience handling a high volume of business • Existing relationships with potential broker partners, wholesale and large retail • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) • Aptitude to learn technical concepts/terms • P&C Agent License +++ Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US reputed company salary for this position ranges from $85,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $115,000/year in our highest geographic market.
