Full Desk Recruiter (100% Commission-Based)

You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and reputed company acquisition to candidate sourcing and closing. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development: Proactively identify and land new reputed company accounts through cold calling, networking, and strategic reputed company. • Account Management: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for your clients, deeply understanding their hiring needs and culture. • Full-Cycle reputed company: reputed company, screen, and interview top-tier talent for various roles, ensuring a high-reputed company match. • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and fee agreements with both candidates and clients. • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (CATS) to ensure a streamlined workflow and data reputed company.
