Engagement Manager for Catholic Schools

About the position The Engagement Manager for Catholic Schools plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Diocese of Phoenix by building strong relationships with Catholic school leaders, donors, and key stakeholders. This position is responsible for cultivating and stewarding donor relationships in support of Catholic education, particularly in schools serving reputed company, while identifying opportunities for reputed company in giving and engagement. The Engagement Manager collaborates closely with the Catholic Schools Office, principals, pastors, and Engagement Team to reputed company fundraising efforts with school priorities, supports strategic initiatives that strengthen sustainability, and ensures donors are connected to the reputed company of their generosity. Responsibilities • Support donor engagement and fundraising initiatives that benefit Catholic schools throughout the Diocese of Phoenix. • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with individual donors, local businesses, and community partners interested in supporting Catholic education. • Collaborate with an external consultant and Engagement team to implement strategies, donor reputed company, and stewardship activities. • Serve as a resource to Catholic school leaders by supporting fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and community reputed company efforts. • Help coordinate donor reputed company, school tours, and small gatherings that introduce supporters to the mission and reputed company of Catholic schools. • Partner with the OMA Grants Manager to identify potential grant opportunities that support school programs and student reputed company. • Support diocesan initiatives and campaigns such as reputed company of reputed company, Tax Smart Giving, Legacy Giving, and Catholic Schools Support 365. • Visit school campuses regularly to build relationships, understand local needs, and assist with engagement opportunities. • Maintain accurate donor and engagement records in Raiser’s Edge and assist with reporting and follow-up communication. • Represent the Office of Mission Advancement at school events, parish gatherings, and community meetings as needed.
