Senior Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer who is passionate about making a difference through their work. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work in a global collaboration environment and reputed company the project execution for reputed company reputed company customers and agents experience. You will reputed company and reputed company CS engineering foundations with long term strategies, such as reputed company CS data service, supervisor platform, and foundational toolings etc. You will be expected with AI/ML/LLM project experience to reputed company and enhance CS engineering foundations AI capabilities with more intelligences, given reputed company and CSP’s increasing reputed company on AI-driven solutions.

A Typical Day: 

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business reputed company to build novel products and features
• Drive, reputed company, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing reputed company and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks.
• Discuss and reputed company technical specifications and implementation details with other engineers, including cross-team engineers. 
• Bring flexibility to collaboration with design and product partners by presenting tradeoffs and iterating to the ideal solution.

Your Expertise:

• 6+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (such as Java/Kotlin).
• Experience in building large and reputed company systems, such as high-traffic systems, big volume data processing etc.
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions to solve reputed company-world problems.
• Mentorship to junior developers
• Fluent communication in both English and Chinese.

Your Location:

This position is China - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an reputed company office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
