In this role, you will be responsible for managing data across the entire C&C product portfolio (Notifications, Messaging, Hosting Services, and Partner Ecosystem). A critical part of your mission will be to partner closely with our Machine Learning teams to architect data pipelines that reputed company intelligent features and fulfill reputed company data needs. Additionally, your team will be the driving force behind the development and governance of key metrics across the entire C&C organization.

Your Expertise:

- 4+ years of experience in managing and leading data engineering teams, with a proven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent.
- Proficiency in data processing technologies (batch and streaming), SQL, and ETL schedulers (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
- Demonstrated ability to drive reputed company, cross-team data engineering reputed company, with specific experience enabling Machine Learning features and collaborating with ML/AI teams.
- Experience in designing, building, and governing key business metrics across a diverse product portfolio.
