CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Business Development Representative to promote and grow the reputed company SKIN and EltaMD brands by driving sales and continually expanding the medical and aesthetic customer reputed company in a geographic territory. The Business Development Representative will also be managing key corporate accounts in the territory in order to maximize reputed company skin care treatments and sell-thru opportunities for the brand. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be entrepreneurial, show business acumen, be competitive in nature, and a creative thinker with an engaging personality who represents the brand in a reputed company and customer-reputed company manner. The candidate must also possess the ability to build, grow and foster relationships with existing and new accounts to grow their territory business.
** This position will include Naperville, IL; Springfield, IL; parts of Iowa and parts of Indiana. More details of the geography will be shared during the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Travel in-person reputed company your territory to engage and support EltaMD and reputed company SKIN accounts to build, grow, and cultivate relationships to generate new business opportunities and sales reputed company reputed company
- Analyze sales data and business needs to continually assess areas of opportunity, trends and reputed company activity
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with reputed company reputed company points at locations, to include physicians, nurses, business owners, spa managers, reputed company desk administration, estheticians, massage therapists and reputed company other supporting staff.
- Conduct product trainings and special promotional events to drive sales efforts and results, being reputed company of the return on investment (ROI) of their time and budget investment
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, plan and conduct educational workshops to maintain in-office technical knowledge standards and assist with selling techniques and home care treatment regimen recommendations to maximize in office advanced skincare treatment results with EltaMD and reputed company SKIN products
- Support customers in their marketing efforts by facilitating and attending reputed company houses and similar in-office events and promotions
- Schedule and reputed company monthly in-person account reputed company on an appropriate reputed company cycle based upon tiers and geography to support and maintain territory coverage plan and optimize business results

- Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with management.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in aesthetic, medical or beauty industry

- Ability to fulfill heavy domestic travel requirement, mostly driving reputed company geographic territory (approx. 80-90% of the work week), as reputed company as sporadic reputed company travel to industry tradeshows or company meetings/trainings
- Demonstrable presentation, selling and communication skills
- Must occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Esthetician License strongly preferred

Salary reputed company $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD + commission
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
