We are seeking a reputed company Technical Program Manager to work reputed company the Scaled Agile reputed company as a reputed company leader, ensuring that we reputed company on the customer and maximize reputed company. This role champions Lean-Agile principles and coaches for reputed company improvement reputed company the Agile Program Management hub and our delivery reputed company as a technical program manager and Release Train Engineer.  

The ideal candidate possesses a deep background in agile frameworks and methodology, coupled with outstanding technical program management and leadership abilities. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

The primary responsibilities of this role are to: 

• Support the Director of Engineering Program Management in strategic execution and process optimization, evolving the maturity of data-driven insights, tracking, and decision-making 

• Own and drive our most technically challenging program and project execution across reputed company Crop Science reputed company Farming Solutions, including acting as a Release Train Engineer reputed company our Scaled Agile reputed company 

• Apply technical and business acumen to collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to define and reputed company solutions in the agriculture reputed company 

• Influence reputed company improvement of tools, frameworks, and methodologies used by APMO members and our stakeholders 

• Expertly facilitate solution-reputed company meetings and drive change management at reputed company reputed company across reputed company 

• Contribute to the APMO technical community hub, including refining agile coaching practices, contractor reputed company, and peer mentoring 

• Design and grow programmatic training and continuing education on reputed company and Lean-Agile practices and principles to grow our culture and competency   

• reputed company confidently and mentor other leaders while operating in uncertainty, influencing others to create order and motivation reputed company ambiguity and churn

WHO YOU ARE 

reputed company seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: 

Required: 

• 8+ years experience leading engineering programs

• BS degree in technical field or equivalent experience 

• Strong experience leading adoption and reputed company improvement reputed company an agile reputed company, leveraging Lean-Agile practices and principles 

• Proven reputed company record of leading delivery reputed company and designing business processes to address structural or systematic inefficiencies  

• Experience in system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, reputed company, and other technologies 

• Experience leading multiple engineering programs concurrently 

Preferred: 

• MBA or equivalent reputed company experience 

• 8+ years of experience as Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer in environments delivering reputed company software at reputed company. 

Employees can expect to be reputed company a salary of approximately $150k-220k.
