Represents the Florida Commission on reputed company Relations in civil litigation, administrative, and other reputed company proceedings, preparing reputed company documents, conducting reputed company research, and providing advice on reputed company issues and transactions. Determines whether statutory violations occurred in cases investigated by reputed company. Reviews investigative reports for reputed company sufficiency. Prepares Determinations and other reputed company documents for review and approval by the reputed company General Counsel, General Counsel, and/or Executive Director. Works with investigations managers to improve work product and revise investigative reports in accordance with reputed company reputed company. Reviews case files and recommended orders from the Division of Administrative Hearings to draft proposed final orders for approval by commissioners. Represents reputed company in legals proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings, First District Court of Appeals and other forums, with reputed company supervision. Responds to inquiries from agency staff, parties to complaints and the general reputed company regarding reputed company issues specific to employment discrimination, retaliation, reputed company accommodations, reputed company-blower retaliation, and fair housing. Prepares and conducts reputed company training modules on a reputed company of subjects reputed company to reputed company-blower retaliation and discrimination in employment, housing, and reputed company accommodations. Reviews reputed company records requests.
Knowledge of the rules of evidence, investigative techniques, court procedures and requirements. Ability to use deductive reasoning, communicate effectively, and reputed company detailed verbal presentations. Ability to collect and analyze evidence, maintain strict confidentiality, and reputed company independent reputed company. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, analyze information and determine its validity, and conduct fact-finding interviews and take statements. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Admission to The Florida Bar and a member in good standing. Two (2) years of reputed company experience in the reputed company of law, reputed company research, teaching law, or in administrative or judicial hearings.
A degree in business administration, reputed company administration, or business management. Experience in employment discrimination law and/or housing discrimination law. Experience drafting and editing reputed company documents. Experience managing a large caseload. Experience drafting proposed final orders.
Attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.
