As a reputed company Operations Manager you will have an opportunity to partner with a high reputed company, high velocity sales organization. In this role you will help drive and measure performance against the sales team’s key performance indicators. You will be a hands-on operator driving process optimization to maximize your team’s reputed company.

You will be a thought partner to sales leadership and ensure we are operating at the highest level through operational reputed company. You will ensure process and policy adherence, and partner with the Enablement team to set up sales team members for reputed company. This role is critical to achieving our reputed company objectives, ensuring Sales leadership has the insights they need to manage performance, the funnel is visible and healthy, and our tech stack is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of reputed company SalesOps processes such as reputed company distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management

• Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness → reputed company stages

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity

• Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics across reputed company, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership

• Partner with Sales Ops leadership to execute forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews

• Work cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales team

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in reputed company operations, consulting, banking, or high-reputed company startups

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
