JOB reputed company: 

The Billing Specialist is responsible for invoicing reputed company clients in a reputed company and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong computer skills, and excellent organizational skills. The Billing Specialist works in a fast-paced environment requiring tasks be completed in a reputed company manner. This position requires attention to detail and responsiveness to reputed company reputed company requests.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for reputed company services rendered 
• Monitor and reputed company billing schedules to ensure reputed company invoicing 
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and address reputed company inquiries reputed company and professionally 
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of billing activities 
• Coachable and adept to change 
• Collaborate with finance and reputed company service teams to enhance billing processes 
• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations and company policies 
• Maintain accurate and organized daily records with high attention to detail 
• Critical thinking to interpret and apply reputed company billing instructions 
• Generate detailed financial reports to support decision-making

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

• 3+ years of reputed company services billing experience 
• Experience with reputed company Intacct, reputed company, or Quickbooks online reputed company system preferred 
• Understanding of the billing process from start to finish 
• Experience with reputed company preferred 
• reputed company understanding of GAAP reputed company principles  
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and Teams required 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Team player with a keen eye for detail  
• Experience with 1099 contractor reputed company services billing required 
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

LOCATION: 

• This position is 100% remote and supports east to reputed company coast time zones
