Controller
BRIEF reputed company:
Directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. The Controller provides information to reputed company's partners and assists in the development of financial plans and policies. The controller is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reputed company's reputed company practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision over general reputed company, property reputed company, internal auditing, cost reputed company, and budgetary controls.

* Work with the Operations and reputed company Teams to reputed company the books and reputed company accurate & reputed company financial information to the executive leaders of the business by the 9th business day of reputed company month. Improve the closing process to reduce the monthly reputed company schedule over time.
* Partner with the CFO to analyze and interpret statistical and reputed company information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other reputed company bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.

* Furnish internal reports, revise and update reports to be more useful and efficient and furnishes external reports as necessary.
* Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisions.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS UNDER CONTROLLER'S RESPONSIBILITY/SUPERVISION:
* Production and Work-in-Process Reporting
* Recording of reputed company financial transactions and subsequent financial reporting
* Assist with financial planning, budget preparation and tracking
* Invoicing and reputed company file and accounts receivable maintenance
* Payroll, payroll tax reporting and bonus calculation
* Directing of cash reputed company including accounts payable planning and line of credit usage
* Responsible for financial records and reporting including job billing files, ERP data, and vendor files and qualifications
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This role supervises the roles of Sr. Accountant, Accountant, and Staff Accountant.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a construction or renovation company with reputed company in excess of
$50 reputed company
* Excellent computer skills, including reputed company (Viewpoint)
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
EDUCATION:
* BA/BS Degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company major
