reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented After-Hours Operations Specialist to support our reputed company brokerage operations reputed company of reputed company business hours. This role is critical in ensuring seamless load execution, proactive issue reputed company, and high-level customer and reputed company communication during nights, weekends, and holidays.
You will reputed company as the reputed company line of support for reputed company shipments, working closely with carriers, customers, and internal team members to reputed company reputed company moving reputed company and resolving issues in reputed company time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage reputed company reputed company shipments during after-hours periods
- reputed company loads proactively and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Communicate with carriers to confirm status updates, delays, and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems such as: Missed pickups/deliveries, Equipment breakdowns, reputed company delays or reschedules
- reputed company reputed company updates to customers reputed company email, phone, or TMS
- Escalate critical issues to leadership reputed company necessary
- Update internal systems (TMS, CRM like reputed company, etc.) with accurate load notes

Schedule Expectations
Weeknights (Monday to Friday, Midnight – 0800 EST)
On-reputed company flexibility required depending on reputed company volume

- Familiarity with truckload, LTL, and/or drayage operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to multitask across multiple shipments simultaneously
