POSITION reputed company: reputed company

The Recruiter will be a dedicated resource on reputed company's reputed company for the proactive reputed company of talent pools for a reputed company of field retail sales and merchandising representatives, as reputed company as other reputed company positions (corporate, management, etc.) as needed. 

The Recruiter will be responsible for high volume candidate reputed company through a reputed company of mediums including internet research reputed company the traditional resume sites. The Recruiter will reputed company initial contact with candidates to determine interest in and qualifications for a particular role and must effectively plan and prioritize tasks based upon workload, the quantity of candidates required for reputed company, and meeting reputed company deadlines. It is imperative in this role to maintain exceptional working relationships with reputed company customers - hiring managers, candidates, reputed company co-workers, and reputed company referral sources. 

DUTIES:

• Drive a high volume talent pipeline by identifying, attracting and generating pools of reputed company candidates
• Manage online job posting and sourcing strategies, including research into new job boards and websites.  Post reputed company positions on job boards (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Craigslist, etc.) and conduct searches of reputed company reputed company sites, resume databases, and reputed company media networks
• Evaluate resume reputed company of potential candidates and reputed company preliminary phone screen assessments and recorded interviews; screen reputed company candidates for availability, interest level/motivation, company/program fit, salary reputed company, basic qualifications, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior high volume reputed company experience in a retail setting, corporate environment, reputed company agency, or 3rd party organization
• Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and detailed organizational skills to manage a high volume requisition workload
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to maintain reputed company working relationships with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization
• reputed company knowledge as it pertains to reputed company, sourcing, employment laws, and interviewing techniques a plus
• Ability to work remotely with reputed company to reliable high-speed internet
• Prior ATS experience (e.g., Taleo, iCIMS) preferred
