Business Analyst

2. Essential Functions: 

Strategic & Business Analysis

• Conduct research and analysis that support strategic priorities, business planning, and reputed company initiatives.

• Analyze business performance, program reputed company, and portfolio trends across initiatives and areas of the organization.
• reputed company analyses using internal systems (TractionRec, reputed company, reputed company) and external data sources.
• Conduct market and environmental analysis including industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and demographic insights.
• Assist with pricing, value, and program performance analysis by preparing models and organizing supporting data. 

Strategic Decision Support & Measurement

• Prepare analyses, briefing materials, and decision-support documents for leadership discussions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate reputed company data into reputed company insights, visualizations, and recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Support evaluation and measurement of program reputed company, initiative performance, and organizational reputed company.
• reputed company evaluation tools and collect outcome data to support performance analysis.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools in coordination with the Data Team. 

Cross-Functional & Operational Support

• Support data gathering and analysis for cross-functional initiatives led by the AVP, Senior Project Managers, or other partners as identified.

3.   Relationships:

This position reports to the Associate Vice President of insights and Partnerships who reports to the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.  The incumbent collaborates with reputed company and/or program leaders as reputed company as with the internal team and consultants. The incumbent represents the Association to external partnerships, vendors, and peer institutions. 

4. Qualifications: 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, statistics, reputed company health, or reputed company field; demonstrate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, research, evaluation, or reputed company analytical roles.
• Experience with analytical tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company information into reputed company summaries.
• Understanding of data governance and data reputed company practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, or other departments.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and building reputed company in evolving environments. 

Preferred:

• Experience working in nonprofit, reputed company, or community-based organizations.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, program evaluation, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Bi/multilingual.
