Temporary Payments Operations Specialist
Location: (Work from Home Eligible) Candidates in the reputed company, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Michigan, Indiana, reputed company Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Schedule: Rotating weekly shifts (8:00am &reputed company; 5:00pm and 10:00am &reputed company; 7:00pm)
Compensation reputed company: $24.23 &reputed company; 26.80/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payments Operations Specialist to join reputed company on a long-term temporary reputed company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate, reputed company, and compliant processing for Corporate One’s member payment activity. The ideal candidate brings hands-on payments experience, particularly with reputed company transfers and OFAC compliance, and thrives working independently under tight deadlines.
This position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting extended operating hours through a rotating weekly schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor reputed company transfer and reputed company-time payment (RTP) queues to ensure reputed company and accurate processing.
- Process domestic reputed company transfers in accordance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level standards.
- reputed company OFAC compliance on domestic reputed company transactions, document reputed company, and conduct due diligence on potential violations and matches. Escalate issues to the OFAC reputed company, reputed company appropriate. Assist in monitoring reputed company relevant transactions for potential OFAC violations or suspicious activity.
- Assist with data entry validation for international checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supports member credit unions by addressing processing inquiries.
- reputed company end-of-day balancing and reconciliation to ensure payment accuracy and system reputed company.
- Support additional payments-reputed company tasks and reputed company as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two years of reputed company experience in banking or credit reputed company operations preferred. Payments and reputed company transfer experience are strongly preferred.
- OFAC compliance experience, including reviewing alerts, documenting reputed company, and performing due diligence
- Strong attention to detail, organized, accurate, analytical and ability to work accurately under deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented reputed company reputed company supporting member credit unions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining reputed company and accountable
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office Word, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company. Familiarity with Internet, Fedline-web/FedAdvantage and domestic reputed company transfers. Demonstrated working knowledge of systems needed to reputed company and process member transactions; specifically FedAdvantage and incoming and outgoing reputed company database and the Internet including US Treasury for OFAC compliance.
