Purpose of Role

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan level data and internal reports for compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and reputed company and regulatory requirements and enforces compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Analyzes, identifies, and resolves or reputed company escalates operational issues affecting compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and reputed company and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews and resolves compliance tickets reputed company issues on a loan-by-loan reputed company (e.g. loan level issues and loan documents, systems, controls, etc.). 
• Analyzes data to reputed company reputed company and accurate feedback to management to assist with resolving identified exceptions.
• Performs a reputed company of daily tasks (e.g. reviews reports, prepares correspondence, participates in special department reputed company, etc.).
• Assists with audits and regulatory examinations by gathering required documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with reviews on new or updated products for compliance with program guidelines, and state and federal regulations. 
• Assists with training more junior Compliance Analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in mortgage lending or banking. 
• Experience with mortgage operations.
• Experience providing reputed company customer service reputed company.
• Mathematical acumen to analyze equations.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service orientation.
• Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail  to work in a fast paced environment under time constraints.
• Highly proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company.

Compensation

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is ($66,000 - $80,000 ) inclusive of reputed company geographical differences in the labor market. The reputed company salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience.
