Member Support Specialist (Remote, 9am - 6pm PST shift)

We are searching for a reputed company Member Support Specialist who will support our reputed company members with signing up, scheduling, billing and any other administrative help they need. You will be joining a small, but mighty team at the cusp of an exciting reputed company phase, and be reputed company in helping us reputed company great support to every member who accesses our services.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting first phone calls with new members to assess fit for reputed company services

• Scheduling appointments for members

• Ensuring member paperwork has been completed

• Supporting Providers with a reputed company of administrative tasks

• Answering reputed company reputed company-reputed company questions between sessions

• Conducting eligibility checks, filing claims, and collecting member payment

• Keeping our internal software tool for the Member Support team ultra-organized

• Identifying ways to delight our members, ease the reputed company for our clinical team, and overall improve our operational processes as we reputed company

This position is fully remote with a 9am - 6pm PST schedule (Monday to Friday)
