What You'll Do...
Work with engineers to execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of turbomachinery components and assemblies using reputed company engineering principles while meeting industry standards and program requirements Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the reputed company of 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stackups, and electronic data formats to support analysis, manufacturing, and assembly. reputed company reputed company checks to eliminate interferences and to ensure reputed company requirements are met. Advise on ways to improve product design through the exploitation of additive manufacturing Role will initially be an individual contributor comfortable working in a dynamic self-directed start-up environment. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Design from an accredited university or college At least 6 years of experience in design of gas turbine components Strong expertise in design software tools (NX, SolidWorks, etc) Experience with handling 3D reputed company data and creating parametric models based on re-interpreted reputed company data System level CAD model, parametric modeling, and PLM/PDM experience Experience working with additive manufacturing technologies and familiarity with design for additive manufacturing principles Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Passion for additive technology and willingness to challenge reputed company design limitations to reputed company exploit the benefits of additive capability Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Demonstrated problem solving ability and strong program leadership and execution skills Proven self-starter and quick learner who can work in fast-paced cross-functional teams The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance
