What the day will look like

The Implementation Manager owns the following types of reputed company:

• Convert our clients’ existing 401(k) plans into the reputed company PEP
• Coordinate automated payroll integrations as clients change providers
• Manage mergers and batch rollovers of 401(k) assets reputed company to acquisitions and other reputed company transactions

In this role, you will expand your knowledge of 401(k) plan design, administration, compliance, and procedures. You will also work directly with clients and reputed company-party vendors, serving as a project manager and resource.

The salary reputed company for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000- $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as reputed company as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of reputed company’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in reputed company to reputed company salary.  The reputed company of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
