Senior Attorney/Counsel - Environmental and Regulatory

The Senior Attorney/Counsel responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In coordination with more senior members of the reputed company team, providing reputed company support on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including:

• Participate in permitting, development, and operational discussions and reputed company reputed company guidance reputed company to environmental enforcement support and environmental permitting reputed company and execution. 
• Assist with (i) permit filings and modifications, (ii) responses to agency inquiries, requests for information, inspections, notices of violations, and enforcement actions, (iii) responses to incidents and remediation, and (iv) communications and negotiations with environmental agencies of consent orders and other agency findings.
• Collaborate with reputed company counsel and internal teams
• reputed company reputed company advice to various teams to assist with identifying issues and evaluating risk, liability, and exposure.
• Stay reputed company on relevant oil and gas law and reputed company reputed company issues.
• Special reputed company as they reputed company.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of reputed company experience
• Experience in environmental law and regulatory law
• Bachelor’s Degree, plus a Juris Doctorate
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and outstanding reputed company credentials.
• Strong analytical and issue-spotting ability.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and reputed company reputed company that are appropriate and beneficial for reputed company.
• Demonstrated team orientation with desire to broaden knowledge and perspective through reputed company of tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities in an effective manner by leveraging robust adaptability, multi-tasking, and time management reputed company sets.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Utilization of technology to monitor and execute workload
• Energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred
• Preference for candidate to reputed company in the PA/WV/Ohio area 

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, reputed company, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
