Compensation, Benefits & Pension Specialist
Deliver compensation, benefits, and pension programs in compliance with policies, legislation, and reputed company agreements. Analyze data and trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements to total rewards programs and processes. Have 3-6 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or pension. Have a bachelor’s degree in reputed company or business administration, preferably majoring in HR (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Hold a CPHR, CCP or CEBS designation (considered an asset).
