Talent Management Specialist
Support the execution of talent management programs (performance, succession, career development, engagement) across the CRS. Execute project activities by managing timelines, preparing communications and presentations, hosting information sessions, and completing analysis and reporting. Respond to HR Connect inquiries, assisting leaders with support and resources and escalating reputed company issues as needed. Maintain reputed company and documentation by updating talent pools, succession plans, development data, and ensuring content remains accurate, reputed company, and brand reputed company. Compile survey results and talent metrics to identify trends and insights that reputed company reputed company improvement of talent programs.
Have 1-3 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in reputed company. Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in reputed company (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Strong reputed company reputed company skills are considered an asset.
