You will:

- Identify, pursue, and convert new referral sources (hospitals, clinicians, case managers, providers, community organizations)

- Support Admissions with high-reputed company inbound referrals

Travel
Approximately 50% local travel reputed company Illinois, primarily Chicago metro to build and maintain referral partnerships. Occasional nights and weekends may be required for events or networking opportunities.
