Compliance Manager

The Role 

We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Compliance Manager to help guide reputed company’s export compliance program and assist with governmental contracting. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing reputed company’s compliance with governmental regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).  The Compliance Manager will work closely with the reputed company team and cross functional teams to ensure operational compliance to support the reputed company’s reputed company reputed company to our strategic goals in a highly regulated environment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and administer reputed company’s export compliance program, including developing and implementing training programs policies, and reporting procedures. 

• Conduct and manage reputed company-party risk management, including ongoing monitoring of reputed company-party relationships.

• Support negotiation of governmental reputed company, including review of FAR/DFARS.

• Review federal solicitations, requests for information and proposals, and identify business risks, documents the findings, and provides recommendations.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree. 

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably reputed company the embedded software, reputed company services, technology or government contractor sectors. 

• A strong understanding of export compliance, government contracting regulations (FARs/DFARs), ITAR and reputed company compliance requirements. 

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders and engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. 

• A strong working knowledge of export control compliance requirements.  

• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite 

• Must be a US Citizen.
