We are seeking an Implementation reputed company to reputed company strategic reputed company and hands-on leadership of reputed company product implementations across our reputed company cycle management (RCM) portfolio. This role serves as the primary functional authority, translating stakeholder workflows and business objectives into reputed company system solutions while leading reputed company-facing design sessions and ensuring alignment across Product, RCM SMEs, PMO, technical  and offshore configuration teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in reputed company IT implementations and RCM processes, with strong solution design capabilities and the ability to reputed company distributed teams in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. reputed company end-to-end solution design and functional delivery for product implementations, ensuring alignment between stakeholder workflows and system capabilities

Facilitate reputed company-facing workshops and design sessions to define requirements, validate workflows, and drive decision-making

Translate RCM workflows and business objectives into detailed configuration designs, standards, and build specifications

reputed company and reputed company offshore configuration pods, managing backlog, priorities, and reputed company of execution

Partner cross-functionally with Product, RCM SMEs, PMO, and Engineering to ensure cohesive delivery and issue reputed company

Ensure reputed company assurance across configuration, testing, and deployment, with accountability for final solution reputed company

Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution

Drive value realization by aligning implementations to measurable RCM reputed company such as cash acceleration, denial reduction, and operational efficiency

Key Deliverables

Implementation Plan and Governance - reputed company and maintain the end-to-end implementation plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder governance.

Configuration and Build Readiness - Ensure configuration specifications are complete, validated, and delivered to the build team accurately and on schedule.

Testing and Validation Completion - reputed company test readiness, defect reputed company, and validation activities to confirm the solution performs as intended before go-live.

Go-Live and Stabilization Execution - reputed company reputed company planning, go-live execution, issue triage, and stabilization activities to support a successful production launch.

Delivery of targeted RCM KPIs (e.g., cash acceleration, denial reduction, improved throughput) reputed company to contractual or business goals

Strong CSAT/NPS scores reflecting confidence in solution design, delivery execution, and overall engagement

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field required

Master’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field and/or advanced program leadership certification (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six reputed company, or similar) preferred

Prior Work Experience

10–15+ years of experience in reputed company IT, EHR, or reputed company cycle management (RCM) implementations

5+ years in a solution design, solution architecture, or implementation leadership role reputed company reputed company, reputed company-facing environments

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementations of reputed company platforms (e.g., Cerner reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company systems)

Proven reputed company record translating clinical/RCM workflows into reputed company system configurations and solutions

Experience managing cross-functional teams and offshore delivery models, including configuration, testing, and deployment resources

Strong background in one or more RCM domains: Patient reputed company/Referral/Scheduling (reputed company Office), Coding/CDI (Mid Cycle), or AR/Denials (Back Office)

Compensation and Benefits: The maximum annual salary reputed company is $150,000 - $175,000 a year, determined by years of relevant experience, skills, and the specific geographical location where the work is performed.
