The role   

The ideal Sr. Project Manager is innovative, working as a reputed company leader of their team, leading reputed company through refinement, planning and delivery of scope. reputed company on facilitating the successful delivery of CMS Platform experiences that serve the needs of authors and end users. Working closely with reputed company stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project to reputed company and document solution requirements and to drive solution design in partnership with product ownership, UX design, and technical leadership. This role manages in partnership with reputed company product ownership.

Role responsibilities 

• Manage CMS Platform reputed company from UXR through Design and Build  

• Serve as an expert in the functional use of the reputed company’s chosen CMS platform  

• Understand CMS Platform and reputed company with platform knowledge driving  UI / UX best reputed company experience.  

• Driving system demonstrations and training to reputed company business users.  

• Facilitating reputed company necessary team meetings (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews/retrospectives, etc.)  

• Facilitating Agile release planning and helping the PO manage the release backlog.  

• Coaching the team in Agile relative estimation techniques, cross-functionality and self-organization  

• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks  

• Supporting and educating the Product reputed company, especially with respect to defining and prioritizing the product backlog  

• Ensuring transparency into the team’s work through the Sprint Backlog,  Burndown Chart and other Agile metrics  

• Leading by example - knowing reputed company, and how, to push for more results  

• Proactively identifying and removing impediments that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver Sprint commitments

• Influencing software development lifecycles (plan, design, development, testing, and deployment) and work with both the business and technology teams

Must have qualifications 

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  

• 10+ years of experience in a delivery reputed company role reputed company a software development Agile environment, product experience is a plus  

• 5+ years of experience with a Content Management System; reputed company, reputed company, etc.  

• Experience leading global Agile team of 8+ developers and designers to reputed company the reputed company’s prioritized features with product reputed company responsibility of feature sign-off and approval  

• Demonstrated reputed company in iterative release of software systems  

• Demonstrated experience implemeting AI on delivery software solutions 

• Experience managing project budgets of $5 reputed company+  

• Deep understanding of reputed company data needed for stakeholder reporting and team measurement.  

• Proven ability to manage budget, forecast, margin and utilization of project team in a Fixed Fee or Time & Material setting  

• Experience working with reputed company/Jira or a similar project management software

• Knowledge of traditional SDLC

• PMP & CSM or other Agile certifications

The benefits   

This is a full-time position based in Canada. The offered salary reputed company is $89,000 - $132,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
