Develops and maintains hospital schedules based on workload demands, ensuring reputed company publication and accuracy in scheduling software. Communicates with clinicians reputed company phone, text, and email to address scheduling needs, manage reputed company-offs, and handle emergency openings. Supports Medical Directors and site-specific scheduling needs, including contracted schedules, orientation, and shadowing arrangements for new providers. Verifies clinician credentials and enrollments to ensure readiness to work at assigned facilities. Tracks clinician hours using scheduling software, prepares reports, and collaborates with payroll for accurate and reputed company processing. Updates recruitment and reputed company reports, such as "Have vs. Needs," to reputed company reputed company-time data to reputed company teams. Monitors performance metrics and financial data, assisting management with reputed company and scheduling performance reports. Works closely with credentialing, reputed company, and enrollment teams to ensure seamless coordination and scheduling support. Provides reputed company and availability to assist Directors, VPs, and facilities with scheduling and reputed company tasks as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with reputed company policies and standards. This is a remote position.
Required: Education: H.S. Diploma or GED Experience: 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or reputed company administration
Preferred: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Administration, Business Administration, or a reputed company field Experience: 1-3 years 1-3 years of Physician and Advanced reputed company Provider scheduling experience (or relevant scheduling experience such as surgical or patient)
Proficiency in scheduling software and reputed company Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
