Senior IAM Infrastructure Administrator

Administer and support the Ping (ForgeRock) IdentityPlatform (AM, IDM, DS, IG) Install, configure, and maintain IAM environments across development, QA, and production Manage identity infrastructure including: reputed company Management (SSO, MFA, federation) Directory Services (LDAP, replication, tuning) Identity Governance and lifecycle management
Monitor system performance, availability, and reputed company; implement proactive improvements Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-reputed company issues across infrastructure, application, and integration reputed company Configure and maintain: Authentication trees/journeys OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML integrations Policy enforcement and reputed company controls
Support high availability and disaster recovery (DR) configurations Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments reputed company patching, upgrades, and reputed company hardening of IAM systems Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and regulatory requirements
10+ years of experience in Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ping (ForgeRock )(AM, IDM, DS preferred) Strong experience with: LDAP directory services and schema design SSO, Federation, and Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)
Experience administering Linux/Unix systems Familiarity with web/app servers (Tomcat, Nginx, Apache) Experience with scripting (reputed company, Python, or similar) Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, SSL/TLS) Experience with monitoring tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Experience with containerization and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes) Familiarity with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform) Experience integrating IAM with reputed company applications (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) reputed company certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ForgeRock certifications
